Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Adhipo platform subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment date — no explanation required.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window has passed will not be eligible under this guarantee. If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The subscription was purchased directly through Adhipo.
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Renewal charges — payments made after the initial subscription period — are not covered by this guarantee. If you wish to cancel before a renewal, please do so from your account settings before the billing date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team directly:

  • Email us at support@adhipo.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include the email address associated with your Adhipo account and your order confirmation number.
  • You are not required to provide a reason, though any feedback is welcomed and helps us improve the product.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider — typically 3–7 business days after approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued on our end. If you have not seen the credit after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching back out to us.

5. Exceptions

The following are not covered by this refund policy:

  • Subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
  • Any add-on services or custom enterprise agreements with separate billing terms.
