1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
In addition to this policy, your purchase is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
In accordance with our payment processor's terms, we offer a comprehensive 14-day money-back guarantee on our platform subscriptions. You have the right to cancel your agreement and return the product within 14 days of your initial purchase date **without giving any reason**.
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must submit your request within the 14-day window. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you can follow these steps:

- Alternatively, you can contact Paddle support directly at paddle.net or via the link in your receipt email.
- Provide your account email address and order confirmation number.
- While not required for approval within the 14-day window, any feedback you provide helps us improve our services. You are not required to provide a reason for your refund request.
4. Processing Your Refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. Once approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are provided for all requests within the 14-day period. However, please note that for digital products, certain statutory withdrawal rights may be lost if you have already started using the product with your express consent. Nonetheless, we strive to default to our 14-day no-reason refund policy whenever possible.
